Recently, Steven managed a $4B organization’s ERP implementation across 1,000+ entities and led a spans and layers analysis for a $300M construction company, integrating shared services across three entities. Over the years he has served as interim controller, revitalized accounting and finance functions, streamlined month-end close processes, and enhanced financial reporting.
Steven began his career at PwC as an auditor, gaining expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Transitioning into advisory, he helped emerging companies navigate IPOs, SPACs, and acquisitions, offering strategic and financial insights to evolve into fully integrated organizations.
Steven is a licensed CPA with both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, he’s a certified sommelier with a passion for exploring wine and food with his wife, an avid fan of the LA Lakers, Chicago Bears, and Tennessee Volunteers, and enjoys playing drums in his church’s band.

Jireh is a relationship-driven Managing Director with deep expertise in growth strategy, M&A, FP&A, and cross-functional planning. He helps companies unlock value through operational and financial transformations, guiding high-impact initiatives across consumer, healthcare, technology, retail, and managed service sectors.
With over a decade of experience, Jireh has led strategy workshops, large-scale integrations, IT harmonizations, and back-office transformations. He managed deal processes for an $8B healthcare acquisition, supported an $11B industrials merger, and oversaw the multi-billion-dollar integration of two global consumer companies.
Jireh began his career in Finance & Operations roles for Fortune 500 companies before joining EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions practice as a Director. His early work sharpened his skills in financial diligence, deal execution, growth strategy, and enterprise-wide transformation.
Jireh holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a BS in Finance and Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. A licensed CPA and member of AICPA and MNCPA, he hails from Chicago and Malaysia, speaks six languages, and brings a global lens to every engagement. George has led multi-million-dollar inventory management initiatives, improved global supply chain operations, and coordinated international military training exercises. As a Master Mathematics Instructor at the U.S. Naval Academy, he delivered 1,000+ hours of instruction and mentored over 140 individuals.
Trained in Lean Six Sigma and grounded in analytical rigor, George developed his expertise in logistics and team-building through a decade-long military career. His leadership has been recognized through multiple commendations, including awards for logistics excellence and team performance under pressure.
George holds an M.S. in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy. A former NCAA Division I football player, he was featured on ESPN’s All-Bowl Team. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, cooking with his wife Ramsay, and making memories with their daughters, Poppy and Mae, and their Bernedoodle, Odie.
